Sir/madam, With reference to above subject, it is to inform you that i undersigned joined as a taxation associate at l6 level on payroll of randstad india private limited and that services was being deputed to nivea india pvt ltd (Deputee id: 475881). I worked in the organization w. E. F. 06.07.2015 to 09.06.2016. Now i am trying to withdraw my pf amount through online process but it is not allowing to withdraw pf as the date of joining and date of exit not showing on the portal of epfo. Now I am trying to withdraw my PF amount through online process but it is not allowing to withdraw PF as the Date of Joining and Date of Exit showing SAME on the portal of EPFO.
In view of the above, it is requested to update the same, so that I can withdraw the PF.
