It has been more than 6 months taking follow up, my issue is yet not resolved. My online transfer claim has been rejected by EPFO Chennai due to " EPS higher wages 15000". Every time i mark a mail to the team they issue a ticket no., I don't understand stand the point behind issuing a ticket no. When the team does not revert back and get the issue resolved, why toll free no. are provided when it is not being answered by the team. It has become a challenge for me to get my money. Highly disappointed with the services of the team.
