Randstad India — pf amount not received fully

Dear sir/ma'am,

Tnmas[protected] this is my pf account number, i have claimed pf amount through online i did get only half amount of pf.
I want need remaining half amount of pf.
I was sending email to ask. [protected]@randstad.in but they not responding and also i was truing to calling pf department of chennai, they are also not pick the call.
Anyhow kindly resolve the my problem.
