Rangeeli.in — wrong product delivered and no response

I have ordered a lehenga from Rangeeli.in, Fabrics for fashion.They delivered a low quality semi-stitched dress material.I have lost 1, 429.I have raised the request for returning the product immediately after receiving the wrong product.Its been a week but there is no response from their side regarding the return.They are not even responding to the email and calls.Please take necessary action towards these fraudsters.
