I ordered designer saree, and someone shipped a pathetic suit by choosing on their own. I tried to call on the mobile numbers given on the website as well as the seller's, to follow up on the return request submitted over email but nobody received the calls and i am yet to get a mail reply as well.

I Placed an order for Designer Rama Green Georgette Sequence Embroidery Work With Multicolor Stone and received black clor outdated saree, paid 1100, which is worthless for received product, tried calling +91-[protected] but no response, no one receiving call, kindly refund my amount and take back worthless product back. Truly unethical and irresponsible fake site.....

I ordered for plain pink saree costing Rs. 1059 on the whole. The item got delivered today. Upon opening the package i found a peach coloured salwar suit instead of a plain pink saree. I am highly disappointed with this service and i would like to return the product and get the amount refunded. I tried to reach their number but it was not reachable. I emailed them and go no reply also. My order number is rl32645....

I had order 2 lehangas (pink patch and embroidered beige colored) and 1 saree (yellow, orange, red chiffon saree).
But received one black colored anarkali suit that too very cheap quality.

I had choose payment option as COD of 4057/-

I had given full amount to delivery boy..and when opened it, it was blunder.

I had ordered one green sonal Anarkali rs 1390 but received a red cheap material dress.I had already sent mail but there is no response .Even the number given in the site.No one bothered to received.This product was delivered to me on 5th July.It has been already 1week still no response.
How can we contact that site.Its really a huge loss

I have Purchased a Black Taffeta Silk Lehenga(cost Rs.1110/-) on 4th July 2018 (Order No.RL32457) and Received a very cheap quality Lehenga on 6th July 2018. I send complaint mail regarding the quality of Lehenga to Rangeeli.in on the same day but no response. I tried the contact No. shown on Home page of the website but not picking up the phone.

I have ordered Rayon Cotton Kurti from Rangeeli on June 30th. Order number is RL32210 and AWB no.[protected]. I have received the order but when I open the product it is totally different product. I have called every day 3-4 times but not pickup my call. Also I have mailed for returning the product immediately after receiving the product but not get any response....

I have ordered a lehenga from Rangeeli.in, Fabrics for fashion.They delivered a low quality semi-stitched dress material.I have lost 1, 429.I have raised the request for returning the product immediately after receiving the wrong product.Its been a week but there is no response from their side regarding the return.They are not even responding to the email and calls.Please take necessary action towards these fraudsters....

I ordered for a banarasi silk embroidered work lehenga choli from their website rangeeli.in. My order number is rl 31807.
The amount of inr 1340 was paid as cash on delivery. But when i opened the package all i found was a plain blue cloth and a dupatta which was not what i ordered for at all...
I tried contacting them on their customer care number but it is out of network area and the seller (Lajofabrics.com) number provided...

For rangeli.in contact no. On site [protected] & on courier [protected], i received order on 25.06.2018 and i filled a return request, no revert from there side nd i called many times. I placed order for a saree but in that i just rcvd approx 1 mtr cloth with a chuni of very bad stuff. Courier men charged 1350/- for that. Please take action for this kind of fake sites.

They have no ethics, no return, no address, no number to which we can claim a thing.
All u receive is an email and there is no response from that once you order with them.
You end up receiving cheap wayside stuff and have to sit hands tied, sympathising at your own foolishness.
There has to be some law governing these kind of cyber crimes and such thugs have to be jailed.
If anyone knows how...

I have ordered following green color saree through rangeeli.in web site. A parcel has been received yesterday and paid money for that. After opening of the parcel, blue color cloth indicated in the photographs was there instead of the saree for that price. Any of above numbers are not answering.in rangeeli web site, they have indicated an email...

I have ordered 2 georgette anarkali deress with order no rl30859 and rl30860 respectively but instead of the ordrred one recived one cheap saree instead. Please look into this and do the needful. These # posted advertisemenet in facebook we thought it will be accurated due to which we ordered but they totally did fraud and aint our money and no response from them please look into this as it my hard earned money....

Ordered for navy blue lehenga choli, but received completely different red gown which is of a cheap poor quality material.
No response for my calls and request return mails sent. The contact number provided was not rechable. No replies for any of my mails. Attached pictures also.

The product which is orderes is totally different than the product which is received. Even the quality is cheap. The colour which was ordered was purple and what i have received is pink. The product is totally different from the picture which was provided by the website rangeeli.in. After sending 3 to 4 email request for return their is no response. Calls are not received for enquiry.
If the product is not returned consumer forum...

We have received Order RL27249 which is completely different what we saw in the site. I also found many other similar complaints against rangeeli.in. This looks more intentional, this was the first time we ordered something from this website, end up getting horrible experience. Looks like its fraud.

I have received order rl26826 which is completely different what we saw in the site. I also found many other similar complaints against rangeeli.in through e-mail on 08 may 2018 at about 0812 pm and 13 may 2018 at about 0838pm. This looks more intentional, this was the first time we ordered something from this website, end up getting horrible experience. Looks like its fraud.

I ordered a specific suit set and i recieved a suit set which is entirely different. I have already placed a mail for refund of my amount and asked for the details of return. But no one has yet given a reply. I have been trying to contact them as well but they do not respond as well. If they do not know how to run a business then they should atleast not spend money on advertising and cheating people. I seriously want a refund....

I had ordered 2 lehengas ."Maroon Color Designer Silk Lehenga Choli" and "Matsya Black" from www.rangeeli.in website with order number RL26643 on 3rd may 2018.
I received the order by delhivery team on 07th May 2018
But when I open the pack I see its a completely different item shipped.

But when i open the pack, i see its a completely different item has been shipped. I have sent email to rangeeli.[protected]@gmail.com as updated in website rangeeli.in to ship the correct order and the process to return.

Hi, I have ordered one saree and salwaar from rangeeli.in via Facebook. They delivered me a wrong product and now they are not responding to mails and calls. The mails are in que status and the number provided is not reachable or busy. Came to know that they are doing the same to most of the customers. Please do the needful and spread the word so that others will not be cheated like us....

I ordered a red coloured embroidered lehnga from this site over which they had given me some plain black poor quality skirt. I had ordered the product having order no 'fff3579' first time from this site on 23april 2018 which get delivered on 25 april. I m continuously calling the no provided on site which no one is receiving nor they haven't given replied to my return request mail.
