My wife ordered a saree online for Rs.1100 from Ranginsilk.com and received some different saree that is not even worth Rs.200. i saw there was somebody who already lodged complaint for a same issue from silktrow.com and it's from the same address. Before other people buy and fall in to this trap, pls take action against this address for producing fake websites and selling fake products.

The mobile number given [protected] doesn't work and is swithched off always.

This is the address from where it is couriered.

Updated by Soundarrajan Krishnaswamy I got a call from a number mobile number (1), the fellow was speaking in hindi. He said he is calling from consumer complaint and wanted to return the money thru UPI transfer since it is a COD payment.

He wanted me to send a message to a mobile number. The message came from another mobile number (2) and i was told to send message to another mobile number (3)

I am suspicious, why 3 different mobile numbers!!! What nonsense is this ? How can consumercomplaint.in pay on behalf of the fraud shop or company ? I don't see a logic here. Is this a trustworthy webiste (or) another fake operation to swindle money ?

I refused to send message and he immediately disconnected the phone.

My sister in law ordered a saree online for Rs.1100 from Ranginsilk.com and received some different saree..This website provides a link to the contact that can be complemented .. So I entered the mail but there was no response..Before Other people buy and fall in this trap, pls take action against this address for producing fake websites and selling fake products.

The mobile number doesn't work and is swithched off always.

Same day we have order one saree from this website for 1100 rs from Rangin Silk and received different product today and same address this is fraud website. My mother is really upset after getting the fake product.
I have shown the difference of they showing here.worst ever website i have faced in my life if they are thinking customer are fool to buy this fake one. REFUND IS ALSO NOT WORKING.

Such a worst experience ever faced with online shopping... Same as above, ordered a product worth Rs. 1100/- but once after delivered I could see it does not even worth Rs. 100/-. Completely a different one from the picture we see in Rangin silk website.. Need to take action on this Seller..

Please Be Aware and Never Ever purchase such kind of products online without reading any reviews..

I am trying to return the product and get back my valuable money.. If someone could help me out for this?

I ordered a saree from an eCommerce website called rangin silk.The product I ordered was not that one at expected the shipping site and the E-commerce website is totally fraud as the product was not worth at its cost price. T this website is only for looting customers' and for making money please try to take action against unauthenticated website

Thanks for all your complaints. I ordered saree . But just before receiving delivery, I saw many complaints and not accepting the courier.

I too ordered a saree for 1100 & cost cost is not even 150, I dropped mails for my refund but no reply yet, they are just cheating people & taking money, beware guys.
