I have received a wrong product which is not worth more than rs.150 i have paid rs.2098 for 2 sarees, when i sent a mail on exchanging with correct product they replied taking all the details at last now they are telling. They cannot refund, exchange, or take back the sarees.
I ordered a different sarees and received a different saree.

Wehn i contacted fedex courier they refused to give me a contact no.
The employee of fedex is shouting back telling that they have an instruction not give the contact no.
