Municipal corporation of delhi (North) — dogs biting the local people 12 oct 10, 2018 I want to bring your attention that some may be 4&5 stray dogs are barking on people that is very dangerous, dogs in our locality which resulting a great fear in our locality children as well as there are many cases of these dogs biting our local people many of the people are terrified to go out as they sit outside atm gate.
