They are not on their words.
This is very clear if they unable to provide good services to the clients then anybody will ask for refund.
But if they’ll not give refund then why would anyone ask for cancellation the membership.
That means they are just taking money of people by giving them wrong commitments later which will not fulfill during booking.
This is not my first time. Everytime they send options o[censored]seless hotels which is like OYO type and if I’ll ask for any other options they are not able to provide breakfast & dinner during booking in 4 star category of hotel which was mentioned in package during payment.
Then why they give wrong commitments before taking the payment from customer.
This is very clear that they harassing & mis lead the customers after taking their money.
