Rao Holidays is a company that makes big promises and talks big before taking membership but when you take membership and pay money, they deny all their promises and after that their phones are switched off, neither do they pick up their phone nor do they reply to emails, so all of you are requested not to take membership of Rao Holidays....

They are not on their words.
This is very clear if they unable to provide good services to the clients then anybody will ask for refund.
But if they’ll not give refund then why would anyone ask for cancellation the membership.
That means they are just taking money of people by giving them wrong commitments later which will not fulfill during booking.
