I recently booked a taxi with Rapido and their customer care did not help me out with unsolicited behavior showcased by the taxi who came to pick me up. The taxi driver picked me up from my location and dropped me at a different location(just 600m from pickup) because he did not wanted to go there. The service provider company(Rapido) charged me the full amount and was showing that the taxi travelled for more than 2 kms. When I talked to the customer care they denied the refund and was just not helping me out in any way Was this information helpful? |
