Rapido Bike Taxi Complaints & Reviews

I recently booked a taxi with Rapido and their customer care did not help me out with unsolicited behavior showcased by the taxi who came to pick me up. The taxi driver picked me up from my location and dropped me at a different location(just 600m from pickup) because he did not wanted to go there. The service provider company(Rapido) charged me the full amount and was showing that the taxi travelled for more than 2 kms. When I talked to the customer care they denied the refund and was just not helping me out in any way

I booked a ride from my location to near my office (Dlf cyber city near shankar chawk, gurgaon), but within a minute of booking my journey started automatically at it ended at golf course road gurgaon. I thought it might be some technical glitch but they deducted 47rs from my wallet.
I have raised the complain on same day through their app but have not received any satisfactory reply. Details given below.

Yesterday I take 1st ride of Rapido Bike Taxi they supposed to give free ride, asper they massage me. But after completing the ride i charged for Rs-43. The fraud rapido bike company massaging me for 100% free ride but when I have take the ride i have been charged. I want justice. I want my money back and I want to take action against this fraud Rapido bike company.
