I have placed a order from rare rabbit on 27th July 2023 and EDD was 31st July 2023. The order was delayed due to misroute and I have followed up raising multiple complaints against the delay in delivery. Today on my call for the status was being informed the order is returned and refund is initiated. I have never cancelled the order and the delivery agent didn't attempt to deliver the product or called me to confìrm the address. Was this information helpful? |
