My son ordered T shirt . He transfered wrong amount twice - Some mismatch in Paise only - like for 50 Paise he transfered 0.5 Paise.
Although the payment went to them twice they put the parcel on hold and asked him to pay correct amount
I already argued with them that they have access money with them so why they want us to pay again .
The customer executive was very rude
I recommend not to buy from this site...

Customer care executive is denying to exchange the product

I have placed a order from rare rabbit on 27th July 2023 and EDD was 31st July 2023. The order was delayed due to misroute and I have followed up raising multiple complaints against the delay in delivery. Today on my call for the status was being informed the order is returned and refund is initiated. I have never cancelled the order and the delivery agent didn't attempt to deliver the product or called me to confìrm the address....

I Purchased printed shirt online from rare rabbit website. shirts was made with low Quality fabric. I call customer care person of rare rabbit and Requested for Refund of my money for the low Quality product. but he refuse to Refund and says me that you purchased discount sale product.Refund is not available for discount sale product.rare rabbit is scam website....

I have ordered a shirt from the official website of rare rabbit but the shirt which I recieved was so low quality that after a month of wearing it that also only just on two occasions now it seems the shirt is a 4 5 year old.

This is a fresh scam, nicely executed.
1. They put high price label on low quality products.
2. Because of good pics, people buy products from them.
3. Due to poor quality products, the buyers ask for the return and refund.
4. The refund never comes. You realized that you've lost money to scammers like Rare Rabit.

I ordered a JACKET from the rare rabbit (Order #RCOM736257 due to size issues I returned it and the delivery boy collected the package in They said it would take 5 to 7 working days for refund and I waited for it. Today it's N I'm sending mails to them daily but there was no proper reply they are saying please still wait for few days. I called to their customer service they won't reply.

It did not fit the size so raised a return request. then started the story.
I did not get the replacement product & they are asking me to do self return and attach lot many documents in the email.

The first thing it was not mentioned on the Product page about self-return & they sent a quote I have to do it within 3 working days deadline.

I purchased several products from them. I requested an exchange on a single item after purchasing 8 items from them. They ignored my communications for about 10 days. After I emailed them for the 5th time, they replied saying that "Exchange period is 7 days and it's past that now". It's laughable what they are doing. Just scamming customers. They intentionally ignore the emails and then say the exchange period time is up. Absolutely terrible customer service and what they are doing is probably illegal cheating customers like this. I've emailed them maybe 15 times over the past few weeks, called them 10 times, and even left messages on their instagram. Every attempt went unanswered after their initial reply. Please don't shop here if you want to keep your peace of mind.

I have placed an order on 10th August via order no #RCOM635569 via Rare Rabbit website (https://thehouseofrare.com/). However there is no Shippment of the same yet. It has been 13 days since I have placed the order. I have tried to call on their helpline number ([protected]) many times but the call always gets disconnected after one ring.
I have even sent mail but not received support from it also.
There is no way to communicate with the company to get my product or my money back.
It's look like that I have paid my money to a wrong company.
I request you to kindly look into my matter and do the needful at the earliest to get my problem solved.

I ordered a tshirt worth 1500 from rare rabbit. I am trying to return the product, on the website it says this product is not yet delivered. Now when I am trying to reach the call center or the social media page, no one is responding. This RARE RABBIT is a scam!

I placed order in 22 June 2022 and now 18 Aug 2022, dropped number of mail and discussed with Rare Rabit customer care too. First order not deliver and from almost from 1 month refund not received. I am very much frustrated with Rare Rabit service.
I am writing in hope might it get resolve and please take appropriate action over it. Really I lost my all hope from Rare rabit.

Worst service i have ever experienced in an e commerce space. I exchanged one shirt due to size issues. The item got picked up but its been 8 days and i am yet to received the exchanged item.

I ordered shoes from rarerabbit, the amount got deducted but the order was cancelled. As per their customer care in 7-8 working days I was supposed to get the refund but nothing has come up. Its almost a month now no one is responding. They are FRAUD.

I ordered two jeans from Rare rabbit and in those two orders one jeans was very short and I asked for return and they are saying we don’t have return service for the pincode which they delivered and asking me to courier the return order and I was wondered how come not serviceable to pin code which they delivered the product

Rare Rabbit is the worst kind of frauds in online retail, never buy from them directly from there webpage.

They say they dont have a refund when the online sale is on, but a hassle free exchange. When you try to exchange the substandard item they deliverd, it only give you a small list of products to choose from, which ofcourse is a bunch of non moving sub standard items.

You are conned the moment you make any payment with them.

We have ordered some T Shirts from website, while trying to exchange it there is no orders showing with delivered order ID, even though entering the mobile number and mail still getting the same thing that there is no orders.
Disconnecting the calls after 1, 2 rings to customer service number which mentioned in the website an all, it’s been 10days there is no response for a mail too from customer care.

I bought a tshirt on 15th May and received a damaged tshirt on 19th may, i tried returning the site didn't allow me to return, then tried exchanging for an another color even that option wasn't available all it said was to exchange to the same color. Seeing that I was unhappy wrote an email on the same day but didn't get any response for 10 days and finally received an email saying return it will give you store credit but when I checked in the app I didnt have any return option and i don't want store credit for a damaged product. I was cheated 1400rs by this brand. I wrote an email copying their ceo mr. Manish poddar too but didnt receive any response. I lost 1400rs of my hard earned money. Please help me get my money back. I beg you all help please .

I placed an order of two tshirts, 1 got delivered the other got cancelled on its own. After that no update, no refund. Every-time i call customer care, they say the same thing, refund will come in 7 days, but this 7 days is not getting over only.
