Customer care executive is denying to exchange the product...

I have placed a order from rare rabbit on 27th July 2023 and EDD was 31st July 2023. The order was delayed due to misroute and I have followed up raising multiple complaints against the delay in delivery. Today on my call for the status was being informed the order is returned and refund is initiated. I have never cancelled the order and the delivery agent didn't attempt to deliver the product or called me to confìrm the address....

I Purchased printed shirt online from rare rabbit website. shirts was made with low Quality fabric. I call customer care person of rare rabbit and Requested for Refund of my money for the low Quality product. but he refuse to Refund and says me that you purchased discount sale product.Refund is not available for discount sale product.rare rabbit is scam website....

I have ordered a shirt from the official website of rare rabbit but the shirt which I recieved was so low quality that after a month of wearing it that also only just on two occasions now it seems the shirt is a 4 5 year old....

Its a new scammer company, authorities should take action immediately!
With impressive store design and presentation, sale items cheaper then footpath ones at high cost.
All items purchased from DLF mall of India showroom of Noida sector-11 are of very poor quality, colors gone like never seen even lowest clothes.

This is a fresh scam, nicely executed.
1. They put high price label on low quality products.
2. Because of good pics, people buy products from them.
3. Due to poor quality products, the buyers ask for the return and refund.
4. The refund never comes. You realized that you've lost money to scammers like Rare Rabit.

Today it's N I'm sending mails to them daily but there was no proper reply they are saying please still wait for few days. I called to their customer service they won't reply.

It did not fit the size so raised a return request. then started the story.
I did not get the replacement product & they are asking me to do self return and attach lot many documents in the email.

The first thing it was not mentioned on the Product page about self-return & they sent a quote I have to do it within 3 working days deadline.

I purchased several products from them. I requested an exchange on a single item after purchasing 8 items from them. They ignored my communications for about 10 days. After I emailed them for the 5th time, they replied saying that "Exchange period is 7 days and it's past that now". It's laughable what they are doing. Just scamming customers. They intentionally ignore the emails and then say the exchange period time is up. Absolutely terrible...

Rare Rabbit is the worst kind of frauds in online retail, never buy from them directly from there webpage.

They say they dont have a refund when the online sale is on, but a hassle free exchange. When you try to exchange the substandard item they deliverd, it only give you a small list of products to choose from, which ofcourse is a bunch of non moving sub standard items.

We have ordered some T Shirts from website, while trying to exchange it there is no orders showing with delivered order ID, even though entering the mobile number and mail still getting the same thing that there is no orders.
Disconnecting the calls after 1, 2 rings to customer service number which mentioned in the website an all, it’s been 10days there is no response for a mail too from customer care....
