Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University — Not received degree certificate even after one year of passing

Im a student from wardha(gandhigram college) my name is Piyush Atmaramani i completed my bachelor's in 2019 and all of my subjects are clear firstly my result was withheld for some months when others recieved thier results and since the. I have not recieved provisional degree or my degree till date how am I supposed to take admission in any college one year of my life is already wasted because of this and the same pattern is going on I please request you to make my degree available even in scanned form the college would take me in for masters and the same issue is with msbte where i completed my diploma 5 years earlier I have not received the diploma for that either what is this lack of efficiency in our educational institutions? Are they just playing with lives of students?
