Our circuit id is 5166128 We have requested for bandwidth upgrade during Jan'15 and the status till not known. Frustrated with follow ups. Our account Manager Mr. Rajasekar (Mob: [protected]) does not have a courtesy to pick up the phone or call back on seeing the missed call or even no time to reply to my SMS and update the status.
