I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a missing machine part during transportation.

We received the machine consignment on 13.01.2026 through your transport service under LR/Consignment No. W030361. Upon inspection at the time o[censored]nloading, we observed that one important machine part was missing from the shipment.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against NAVATA Transport Company regarding a missing consignment and their lack of response to my repeated inquiries.

I booked a consignment with NAVATA Transport Company on 2nd November 2024, which was supposed to be delivered to Hyderabad by 5th November 2024. However, the consignment has not been delivered, and it appears to have been lost in transit. Despite my numerous attempts to contact their customer service team over the past week, I have not received any response or update regarding the status of my shipment.

This lack of communication and resolution is highly disappointing and unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of service and accountability from NAVATA Transport Company.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help resolve this issue. I seek an immediate update on my consignment and appropriate action against NAVATA Transport Company for their negligence and poor customer service. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I request compensation for the inconvenience and loss incurred.

M045962-2 refers to the shipment for which we engaged Navata to transport a Bosch washing machine from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Prior to transportation, the machine was securely packed with a fully locked drum. However, upon receiving the shipment, we discovered that the machine's drum was extensively damaged, its suspensions were broken, and the top metal plate was cracked. It now requires a 20k service to restore it to working condition. If Navata cannot handle products carefully, they should inform us beforehand. I request Navata to address this matter and provide insurance coverage for the damaged product.

With this LR no we sent stitching machine. Parts of that machine is completely damaged.
13, 000 rupees worth product completely damaged now who is responsible for those things.
After paying 300 rupees charges we lost 13000 rupees product.

Recently i ordered doors from bangalore to tirupathi via Navata Transport, in the bill it was Rs.818 and i went for collecting the products he asked for extra 100 rupess for unloading, later i arguged and he reduced 50 rupees. finally he took 870 rupees. I mailed Navata regarding this, but their is no response from their side. My LR No.YO47178-5. Attached Screenshot of LR and Bill Receipt of amount collected.

I have booked new sealed AC unit in nunna, charged me 844/- and requested for 50 more, my consignment yet to reach by 22nd but it reached today and Autonagar branch is demanding to pay 900/- instead of 844/-. Even HC 35/- SC 342.75/- charged is it the way Navata is working, You people are looting money from consumers.

I have transfer my Goods from Mysore to Coimbatore. Mysore Navata Transport person taken extra amount 504/- (Actual cost: 496/-).

I usually get a packet (about 10Kgs) of Honey from Tenali Navata to Hyderabad, Perzadiguda Navata, and the transportation charges regularly coming to Rs237/-, and each time the were collecting Rs247/-, without giving any bill, though the amount on the bill shows as Rs.237/-, this time they started asking to pay Rs.250/-, by saying hamali charges and "usually you people will not be having change, that's why you pay Rs.250/-.

My parcels are totally damaged.we have sent 6 parcel and one bike everything is damaged. We spent 8000 for these parcel

GHMC persons is not attending to clean the waste from roads since one month. Now garbage was fully on roads and front of Navata Road Transport Erragadda... GHMC road. Daily our self cleaning on Roads

My brother booked bike from Narsapur to maddilaplaem which took 5dyas to deliver, which was damaged upon asking the maddilaplaem agent said it is not his fault and ask to call boarding station and after calling there, they said call to ead quarters Vijayawada and upon calling there the lady service provider spoke harsh, arrogant said she can't help and asked me to do whatever I can. Even after paying 1500rs and extra 250rs I got my ike damaged which costed me 2000rs i want my refund and to take action who ever involved. Already there were many impending complaints hoping for a solution soon

My bike was sent from Narsapur to maddilaplaem in working condition, upon delayed delivery for 5days, i received bike which hasn't started, a near by mechanic helped me to pull to his shed and opened it happened to see bike main wires were Bitten by mouse. While being asked for the maddilaplaem agent said it is to be checked with boarding station after calling there, they said check with Vijayawada the lady service provider spoke very rude and harsh saying she won't bother anything and I can do whatever I want to and she won't help or check with transportation services. This wasn't tolerated even after paying 1500 at boarding and 200 at receiving side I got bike which hasn't started and service is pathetic, bike repair costed me 2000rs. I want the lady service provider and involved staff to be taken in to action.

HI, We booked a transport of 2 Double cots from Bhattiprolu (AP) to Hyderabad, Ameerpet on 23rd March, 2023 and Waybill no. F064823-8 and Total transport charge is 2559/-.

We receive goods on 28.03 2023 at Hyderabad, Ameerpet branch.

When we check our goods at Ameerpet branch one bed is broken. They said raise a complaint. Then I make a call to[protected] & [protected]. They said that we did not take any complaints.

Kindly provide the refund.
Please do needful As soon as possible.

My rice bag damaged and transfer with out any information

I have Parceled my brother's Bajaj Pulsar 150cc Bike(TS08FE5727) from Dilsuknagar(Hyderabad) to Kothagudem(Bhadradri Kothagudem Dist). When they deliver that bike in Kothagudem they cutted the petrol pump. And now they are saying we are not responsible for that. Kindly please help us.

The LRG036683 was generated against the material shipped from Toopran to Pune.
I have asked to ship to Pune - Shukravarpeth, but the operator has choose by himself as Fursungi. I have called him regarding the same, but no prper responce was received.
I would like to request you that, kindly help me reaching material to Shukrawar peth-Pune. without paying any extra cost.

We booked a delivery (D062291) through a supplier based in Mumbai, fully paid by the supplier (who on-charged us). The delivery was supposed to be pick up by us with no further charges, from Jammikunta.
Navatha at Jammikunta has further charged us money for lifting goods to our vehicle - we didn't need or ask or for that matter require this as we were perfectly manned to perform this task. It was 4 pieces of articles, easily carried by one person,
The Transport agent threatened us with withholding goods and we had no option than to pay for the 'corrupt practice'. We are not happy about forced charges on customers that is 'unaccounted'.

We have booked 3 boxes on 01 Nov 2022 from Indore (MP) to Pamuru (Prakasam, Andhrapradesh).

Finally 2 boxes reached destination branch on 12 Nov 2022.

After receiving this information from delivery branch, i have raised with Navata transportation CUSTOMER CARE.

They simply said will check and update. No SLA or no courtesy about the costumer items as if they are doing free service.

Free advise from Navata is "if you want take the items whatever received at delivery branch otherwise that will also miss"

I had to use very bad words against Navata.

Why the dirty stupid ### guys running Navata if they are unable deliver the things correctly without missing?

Finally i haven't get resolution for my missing things?

The shipment was collected on Sep 14, 2022.
When the Product is taken for transport, the mattress is well packed and placed in a proper format. Later at the time of collecting the shipment the mattress is in folded format and the cot is damaged at the corners
