[Resolved] Rathira Ayurveda — damaged product received | |||||
I ordered the 10day hair oil from the website of rathira ayurveda on 22nd feb. The product got delivered on 25th feb-2019. On opening the courier, i found a cardboard box (Cylinderical) which had oil spilled on it. On opening the box the bottle had its body with spilled content. I sent the pictures by mail to [protected]@rathiraayurveda.com the very next day. Also i metioned that the oil seems to be frozen. Now to my mail they reply that "you can dip the bottle in the warm water or keep the oil in sunlight. The bottle will become liquid state". But after reverting back again about the spilled content they did not respond at all. I paid 1299/- for the product. Now why am i suppose to use a defective piece with half the content. They don't have any customer support contact no. As well. It seems that they are completely fraud and trying to con the people. Strict action required. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved 10 Days Hair Oil customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 03, 2019 10 Days Hair Oil Customer Care's response Customer raised the complaint regarding product damage. We have interacted with customer and informed that replacement product got delivered and any issue with new product he told nothing.Hence closing the case from our side.

Sir, my name is Afroz Ahmed. I had taken a product from your company which was ordered by mistake which I did not want because I do not need it, so if I want to return it then help me get back and the money I Have done it back to me
