Rathna Fan House — Ac no installation made extreme tension

We bought blue star 1.5 ton split ac on May 23 2020. For the next full week we r trying to call for installation as they said o[censored] take d machine installation person will come immediately but no one came. we have to make repeated calls and no reasonable answer then we directly called blue star and on repeated follow ups a person came but demanded money for installation while during selling itself people in rathna fan house got the money for installation from us. Finally when we called them they said that we will give money in Google pay u have to receive and send it to the installation guy.Is this the professionalism? Seriously they are selling machines as if in burma bazaar.No valuable answer for consumers, only money minded business and treating customers as fools.
My sincere advice is don't purchase from rathna fan house all consumers should ignore them inorder to make them know the valuable of customers.
