My father in law died on 20/2/2012. Now we have one ration card. But we want a new ration card on my brother in law's name as he is living in another home . That home's owner is my mother in law & she does not have any problem to give him ration card. So tell me the documents required for that process because as I am going in the Ration card"s office the is asking us for one more document

ill Given my Ration card in Ration card Offce For My Brother Wife name Add in my ration card all Done All Process and Documents Now issues That Ill Given My Room On Rent to my relatives and ill also Staying On Rent.
ill Want my Ration card but That Officer Say to me his cant given me the ration card bcz of ill given my room on rent if ill want my ration so is add new address whan ill now i am stying and his want NOC latter of My land loard but that not givan to me NOC for this perspose.
So ill Decide ill go My Own Room So wht the process ill do so ill Got my Ration card.
