Ration Card Office In Andheri — Ration inspector mr. Pakre not visited the place.

I wanted to add names of my family member in my ration card ( bhandarwada, marol). I filled the form and other procedure, at the end they said area inspector will visit your place to reconfirm and add your names in your card within one month, on one visited in one month, after one month we personally went and met the area inspector in andher west ration office, he said he will visit our place within two days, after his saying two days, now one moth became still he did not come. please refer me who will do this. and why this inspector is so lazy.
