Location: Ratnadeep store, mallapur, Hyderabad-500076.
Charged 3 rupees for a plastic bag. I spoke to the store manager and asked him that why are they charging for a plastic bag as per govt. He said he can't do anything about it and customer has to pay for plastic bags to carry their shopping items if they need a bag. They don't even bother about the complainant.
