[Resolved]  Raunak Mattress — Pain care batch number 24245

Dear sir/ Mam

I have been using raunak pain care mattress since 12months but from day one the mattress is very hard and when ever we sleep, have complete spine pain. Previously I thought that it may be New mattress that's why our body is not acquainted but till date it's the same.

Please suggest me how can I solve my problem.
