3- What Happened ?
I went to the Ravi Theater Ticket counter for Kismat Telugu Movie and asked what are the ticket rates available then the ticket counter guy answered me 100 rupees and 150 rupees. Then i said give one hudred rupees ticket one. He given the ticket and i collected it. After few minutes i have checked the ticket, MRP ticket is not printed on the ticket then i have checked online Ticket it is showing ticket rates 70 rupees, 100 rupees and 150 rupees. Again i went to the ticket counter and asked to the ticket giving guy what is this..? there are 70 rupees tickets also available for this show in this theater when i ask for the ticket rates you said only 100 rupees and 150 rupees tickets. Then the guy beside him replied We don't give 70 rupees tickets at this time. Once the movie starts after 20 minutes we will give 70 rupees then at that time you come and collect 70 rupees ticket he said. then i said there is no MRP on the ticket printed on the ticket why you guys are selling the tickets like this.I don't want this ticket give this ticket to some one and give me 70 rupees ticket. Then another guy came he given my ticket to him and collected 100 rupees from him and that 100 rupees given to me. Then the giving guy said to you collected your 100 rupees na you can go he said. The entire guys who are sitting in the ticket counter are worst guys with rude behaviour. They are behaving like they are the thater owners. And the entire staff in the theater also worst.
4- How am I affected ?
The ticket counter guy should have tell the ticket rates genuinely. If he could have tell the rates properly this issue May not be occurred. Any how The did wrong thing with there fraudulent mentality. I felt very bad about this theater staff. Very idiotic mentality staff is maintaining by the Theater owner.
5- What should the consumer forum should ask the theater management ?
a. Why There is no display of Ticket rates in the Ticket counter in you Theaters ?
b. Why is MRP not printing the Tickets in your theater ?
c. Why you guys said come after 20 minutes once the movie starts then we will give 70 rupees ticket.
D. Take this message to theater owner and tell to the owner punish the entire staff strongly and this issue should not repeat with anyone. The total staff is worst if it's like that no one will come to watch films in their theater.
Conclusion:
The theater owner is sitting some where and operating the theater from some where only because of belief of the employees. If thes guys behaviour is like this no one will come to the theater. Ultimately it leads to loss of the owner. So monitor this guys carefully. All the staff in this theater are worst terminate every one who do extra activities like this. Now a days people reduce to come theatres because of the price issue only. So which ever prices are available in the theater should provide the tickets according to the rates. Mainly print the ticket rates on the ticket and Display the ticket rates in the counter.
