Hi sir/madam,

I'm ravishankar singh purchased sansui led tv from costing rs. 29000 from snehanjali retail pvt ltd on 14/11/2016. At that time i also got 5 year warranty card from the outlet. Warranty card is 1+4 year. Inbetween warranty period my led tv display stopped working completely thats why i approached your service center for the same problem. Your engineer visited my residence to solve the problem when he inspected the problem he said mother board of the tv is not working and have to replace. He also changed visiting charge of rs 1000 when the product is in warranty period saying that if you won't pay it i will not forword your complaint further. I paid him the said amount and he gave me receipt. Till date my tv is in same condition. Due to this i suffering from my rights of entertainment for which i have puchased. And its mental as well as monetary harassment from your side. Plz look into matter other wise i have no solution except to go on social media and consumer court and i am not responsible for it. Its just because of negligence from your side. Also attaching purchase bill, warranty card and service charge bill which is charged in warranty period.
