Sir, I applied for the connection of broadband services of Anail Ambani Reliance Communication in ludhiana, Punjab in the month of August. All the necessary details & document were provided but your co. Hasnt installed the connection. After complaining and having a talk on your customer care n with the person who came to collect the My documents ( Chandan - contact no. [protected] ) said that i will be get my refund because of the same as they are not able to install the connection. Till date i have not got my refund. No. On receipt/ acknowledgement form - [protected] Company is not replying to me neither the above said person. Regards Ravneet Singh
