Raymond — Shareholder Discount coupon not received

Hi, I am shareholder of this company. Every year the company sends discount coupon to the shareholders.
We have not been receiving this for last 2 years.
Is the discount coupon distribution policy changed now?
Can you please help us to get these shareholder discount coupons as our family looks forward to it? Please let me know what information is required and whom to send it.
