Raymond Synthetics Ltd — Conversion of physical shares

I have 100 shares of Raymond synthetics purchased on 15/10/1990 in physical form. Later it was converted into 100 shares of Recron synthetics on 06 Feb2003. How can I get these shares converted into demat format
