I received the above mentioned bike & scooter on 18.04.2022. At the time of delivery, only handover bike & scooter nobody explain vehicles details, Bluetooth details, service schedule details and etc. No response for customer at the delivery of above mentioned bikes.

After 4-5 days I will come to showroom received invoice copy, number plate collected. But I am asking for Ledger Statement for our Bikes & Scooter in showroom sales staff & accounts department staff. No Response and Not given proper answer.

Our Bank Manager (Self Financing) required for Ledger statement.

Your account department female staff, Very Very Worst Service.

I request you to kindly send the ledger statement for the above mentioned or send the receipt copies or refund the balance amount for the same immediately without further delay

Now I need a My balance payment or Ledger statement (payment breakup details) otherwise I need to take legal action and complaint to GST Office regarding invoice details.

Let me reply and reply as soon as possible

Plz don't go very worst service frad
My son Rohit Krishna booked a bike last Monday and they promised to deliver the vehicle on.Thursday only today on Monday they called to say the bike is ready and to come and collect it. Prior to that I went there on Friday to request them to deliver as promised and told them if they cannot deliver on Friday I am cancelling the booking and sent SMS to their GM to cancel the booking.g and revert the money 9000 and odd. I told the HDFC guy not to proceed further as they cannot keep up the promise. More than all that the customer service people who was sitting in the reception was behaving so rude while talking to them over the phone they asked me to come to the showroom to discuss further and they have nothing to say except they cannot deliver and do what I want. Why should I loose respect and fall on their feet. Such a worst people who sits there lack of respect and don't know how to convince customers. I have never seen a private company behaving rudely to the customers. Such a worst showroom srivari, maduravoyal.
