RBL Bank — RBL bank fraud with me

RBL Bank fraud with me. 4 years ago I had got a credit card issued by RBL Bank and without my permission an insurance called R Shield Insurance was activated on the card. Since then I am complaining about this till date. This insurance has not been cancelled from my card yet and now RBL Bank has settled it itself and ruined my CIBIL score....

RBL Bank — Credit Card blocked for payment due of 13 paise

RBL Bank has hit a new low. They have blocked my card for non-payment of 13 paise. Yes, 13 paise. That was the total outstanding on the card. And I have a credit limit of over Rs.5 lakh!! On speaking to the customer care, I was told that since the statement was generated the amount had to be paid. She would not even use her common sense to resolve this issue. She just repeatedly said that the card was blocked due to non payment of the outstanding....
