I'm a 5XL user. I noticed Rdklu has cool designs so I was happy to see the options and order cloths worth 6000+ INR on 6xl dresses and 1 5xl on August 28, 2023. There was no sign of confirmation nothing and after sending several emails they responded they are looking into it. I had to leave to overseas trip on September 17 early morning and I send numerous emails asking for dispatching details. After 16 days of delay in shipment they responded they shipped on 14th and I received the goods. But the measurements so called 6 xl are very smaller than the 5xl that I use currently from various other brands. The rdklu did not meet the standard measurements of a 6xl and I sent them the pictures of me wearing my current 5xl and their 6xl clothes which is very tight and I returned the clothes on the same day I received and left to overseas asking for a refund. Now the company refuse to give me back the money and insists on the exchange only which is not suitable for me and their measurements being wrong I can't even order what size I can go for. I use American eagle, pluss and other Indian brands 5xl shirts and pants but if even 6 xl is unfit from rdklu, they don't want to hear the feedback and process the refund.
