I'm a 5XL user. I noticed Rdklu has cool designs so I was happy to see the options and order cloths worth 6000+ INR on 6xl dresses and 1 5xl on August 28, 2023. There was no sign of confirmation nothing and after sending several emails they responded they are looking into it. I had to leave to overseas trip on September 17 early morning and I send numerous emails asking for dispatching details. After 16 days of delay in shipment they responded...

I ordered some clothes on 18 April 2023. As per their policy, items should ship in around 5-6 days. I emailed them on 26th April regarding delivery status. No response. I again emailed them on 28th April. No response.

I called them on Customer care number. No response.
I messaged them on WhatsApp. No response.
DM'ed them on FB and Insta. No response.

Now, How should I know about status of my order?...

I ordered 2 product from rdklu website.
The colour of product in website and the colour of product I got was different. And when I asked then to return the product they refuse to r3turn the product and they won't even respond to return request. So eventually I have to lose my money.

I ordered 2 T-shirts from this website 10 days back and received it yesterday 22.07.2022, I did not like the product so I wanted a refund but these people are denying refund even it’s mentioned on website that we can return or refund it if its under 10 days policy I am attaching the screenshot for the same, and now they are asking for exchange only which will again take 10-15 days it’s totally a harassment.. I want my refund....

I ordered a couple of sandos from this website and was not satisfied with the material quality. After contacting customer care, i got to know that they only accept exchanges. So i got a new set of merchandise in exchange (After 10 days).

Again the same thing happened. The merchandise looked a little different on website and the material was polyester based. Also, the fitting was not that great. First, the company denied a second exchange request and on escalating the issue, now the company is asking for extra courier charges because they believe that their products have the perfect fitting and by agreeing for a second exchange, they are doing some kind of special favor.

On mail they said that it's not their fault that i didn't read the size chart right or if it didn't fit me well.
