Rdpl Landmark And Infrastructure Limited — RDPL Infrastructure group not paying the maturity amount close to 12Lakhs

Dear Sir/Madam, I have contacted the RDPL Sonepat office, they asked me to send the original bonds of 11Lakhs rupees(maturity amount 12.21Lakhs rupees) immediately after sending them the copies of the bonds. The maturity date was in December 2014. Almost 2 months lapsed by now, and non of the following people are giving exact dates when they can pay or they are not going to pay. I was told by the branch manager of Odisha to contact these folks. 1. Mr Sunil Dutt Sharma --Broadly called Sharma Sir at the Sonepat, Haryana office - Says he will look into it and not responding to my calls there after. 2. Jyoti Tyagi Madam -- The Lady of the Maturity Dept, says Sharma Sir the head of accountant has not updated me. 3. Manisha Madam --HR executive, says Sharma Sir will update you. 4. Shrivastav the GM bearing number [protected] says this is wrong number. 5. I have written email to the Signatory/Director P. K. Rohilla, but no reply received till now. Also they have issues cheques for Nov/2014 maturity which have bounced and a legal proceedings are to be followed. If anyone can advise me on where to go from here, it will be highly appreciated. The local branch manager says he has resigned from the Company and RDPL Delhi office shd be contacted directly. I am close to 80 years old man and I have invested huge money on RDPL Infra based on faith and I am not sure what will happen to my other investments which are maturing on 2016 and 2017.
