Reader's Digest — Delay in issue dispatch and not cancelling subscription

I had paid Rs. 999 online on their website for an annual subscription on Aug 5. I did not receive a subscription number or any issue delivery and contacted them by email on Sep 10 asking them to cancel my subscription and refund the amount. It was only after my email that they generated my subscription number and said that they would dispatch the September issue, which would arrive before Sep 20. They do not mention on their website that issue dispatch and delivery takes so long. It is far easier to get the issue from a newspaper stand, issues for the current month are available at the end of the previous month. Even after multiple emails, they are not cancelling my subscription. They should cancel immediately and refund my payment.
