Reader's Digest — Non Refund Money | |||||
I made the payment for Reader's Digest subscription on January 17, 2017, however I did not receive any magazine on my given address. I complain to their customer care number[protected] many times but no action was taken. And later on February 4, 2017 I mailed to cancel my order and spoke to customer care also, they said they are transferring the email to email team to cancel the order and my money back, however, I did not get my money back for over the week time. On February 14, 2017 again I called to their customer care and on their advise I wrote again an email about the same and no response of their team has come yet neither the money have been received back till now. The payment was of a nominal amount but this worried us when that well known brand does not take care of its customers. now I am afraid to make payment in future and never try to subscribe to Readers Digest specifically.
