I have taken subscription of Reader's Digest India magazine in the month of mid - Dec'2022 and was expecting the subscription to start from Jan'23 onwards. I paid the subscription fee of Rs.1, 299 under their anniversary offer which showed 12 issues + 6 months subscription free (Print + Digital Edition). Till date i have neither received their physical or Digital copy of the monthly book.
On calling the contact numbers [protected] and [protected] both the numbers are not reachable and every time it just gets disconnected or there is a voice which says "Network Congestion" and the call disconnects.
I have written to [protected]@intoday.com with details of my subscription, order number and payment details. Awaiting their revert on the same. Was this information helpful? |
