Reader's Digest — non - receipt of free gift for 2 year subscription

I had subscribed for a 2 year subscription of readers digest in december 2018. My subscription number is rd[protected]. As per the offer, i am supposed to have received a blue tooth speaker between 2nd month and 4th month from the subscription date. Now it is nearly 4 months i am yet to receive the same. Despite sending repeated mails there is hardly any response from their end. The customer care call centre doesn't have any clue of anything. I feel totally let down by the apathy shown by the rd to their subscribers. I hope they would at least wake up with this complaint and address the issue immediately
