Reader's Digest — non receipt of free gift for 2 years subscription

I had subscribed for a 2 year subscription of readers digest in december 2018. My subscription number is rd[protected]. As per the offer, i am supposed to have received a blue tooth speaker between 2nd month and 4th month from the subscription date. Now it is nearly 4 months i am yet to receive the same.
