Reader's Digest — non receipt of monthly copies after annual subscription payment

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560017

Subscription number rd[protected] payment is made for annual (12 copies) subscription. July 2017 to june 2018 is subscription period. After repeated complaints also i am not receiving monthly copies.
No response or commitment is from publisher towards my grievances.
I am getting cheated after full payment n not getting my due services claimed by readers digest team.
