Reader's Digest — Not received any subscription since last 6 months-Customer Id [protected] Subscription no [protected]

I have not received any of my subscriptions till date. I have paid the subscription fees to read the hardcopy and not the softcopy.
Hence I urge to refund back my entire amount of 999 INR which I paid as an annual subscription.
It's been 6 months and I have not yet received a single subscription copy by post. This is simply not accepted and I won't recommend anybody to go for the Reader's Digest Annual Subscription.

Please return my money. I have even tried to reach out the subscription desk at[protected] or the toll free no[protected] but all in vain.
This should not be the way in which the customers should be cheated.

Kindly return the subscription fees paid
