In October 2022, while renewing my subscription with reader's digest i inadvertently paid twice..one online and the other by vpp. Since then i have been regularly following up with the company to get them to refund the extra amount i paid. Each time their customer care asks for account details, i provide them and then they ask again when i remind them if the refund. It's been 4 months now and my issue still hasn't been resolved by an organisation of such repute. Please help.
