Reader's Digest — Subscription not honored | |||||
Subscription Number: RD[protected] I subscribed for the reader's digest issue. It has been over two months but I have not received my copy of reader's digest. I paid the full subscription amount. The lack of customer service from the India reader's digest has made me to file complaint at the consumer complaints to see if my issue can be resolved. They take 6 days to reply to an email and even after making false promises, they fail to deliver the reader's digest. Is this the kind of customer service one should expect? I have made a payment of Rs 711 on May itself but till today I didn't received a single copy from Reader's Digest. I tried to contact them several times but all are in vein. Their mail Id and customer care numbers are just worst. I request to refund back my money or send me my subscription. My web ref no. RDCAR[protected]
