Reader's Digest — Subscription problem and wrong information by reader digest

I submitted my subscription on June, 5 2019 for 2 years (attached documents) and my previous subscription was valid till June, 2019. Now the customer care executive informed me that my subscription is till valid upto January 2021 where it should be valid till June, 2021 ( July, 2019 - June, 2021). I send mail several times with all documents to rdcare but every time they are arguing the same whereas they have not done to rectify their mistake. But they have no answer about the query that when I submitted my subscription on June, 2019 then how my subscription was started on Feb, 2019 before submitting my subscription.
