Hi Team,
Apart from the above mentioned communication there is no other mail communication from DHFL side.
Infact i went to DHFL bank Belapur branch on last weekend to give an idea of builder and project status, But DHFL representative told me that DHFL will not deal with builder or the project. He said DHFL will not take any action against builder and project it is customers lookout.
He also said that DHFL will charge Interest on LOAN (PEMI) till customer get possession of the property. Even if customer gets possession after 50 years DHFL will keep charging PEMI for that all year and once possession is received they will charge actual EMI.
If you stop your PEMI/EMI then DHFL will seal your property.
By listening this statement it is clear that Builder and DHFL both have mutual agreement to suck money from customer, harass them and once they are out property is back this cheaters.
Very upset with this experience...
