Hi I had also booked a small flat in liberty horizon project, karjat in 2011. but still there is no completion date is given. project is on hold for such a long time. I feel my hard earned money is lost. they have cheated me. there is no RERA registration. we need to form a group and fight. I am ready to share my details if needed.

My complaint was not for DHFL Bank. It was against the fraud builder Real Buildcon Infrastructure Ltd who failed to give possession till date with project work being started in 2012. The possession of my flat was supposed to be given to me by 2014 year end.
The Builder's team has office Vashi, Navi Mumbai, the address for same is as below:
Shop no. 37, Haware Fantasia Park, Near Vashi Railway Station, 400705.
Please take strict action against the fraudsters who have looted 500+ poor families of their hard savings and are not ready to refund the invested money.
