[Resolved]  Cosmic Group Real Estate — Property- refund issue

Dear sir,

This complaint is regarding a fraud done with me in commercial property related case by Cosmic group in Greater noida. One of thier representative has collected a check of Rs.50 K as an advance against booking office space of 15o sq. ft in thier commerical building coming up in Greater noida.

Company representative did fraud with me by forging my sign in thier documents, and when i raised my concern over that they promised me return my money over call.( i did all my conversataion over mail but they replied over call only)

Please help me in getting my money back.
