I have seen lot of Jains Inseli Park Reviews before I book a flat in Jains Inseli Park. The Inseli Park of Jain Housing in all respects is very nice i.e. In finishing, painting, kitchen, bath room etc. The price and quality is reasonable compared to other promoter’s .The reason why I choose Jains Inseli Park is, Jain Housing is well reputed company and having goodwill in the construction field. The Project has good connectivity to the city, located in padur.

Then we decided to go with jain Housing based on their final reviews and it’s really true. To be very honest, we never felt buying a flat in Chennai would be so easy not being physically present there. I have invested in Jain's Inseli Park. Primarily, the project location OMR is outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable comparing to other. Jain's Inseli Park is superb, not only in flats, and in providing proper customer service. They started the project Inseli Park on 2007, they committed to deliver the project on Dec 2012.Now Jain Housing management promised to their Customers on delivering the Jain Inseli Park project on mid 2013. We have to understand the situation of delay they noticed to us.

Jain Housing is an outstanding Real Estate firm in Chennai. Jains Inseli Park was one of the best building developers project in Chennai. For many years, I saw the many apartments built by Jain Housing which were of outstanding quality. But Inseli Park has constructed with additional amenities compare to other projects they done. Jains Inseli Park was located in OMR Chennai.
When I was searching for a flat in OMR a well developing place right now with an amazing amenities and specification. At that time one of friend suggested me Jains Inseli Park, after that I was analyzing about Inseli Park and I got a good reviews from Jain housing customers. Jain housing customer service were too good. And now I booked 2 flats in Inseli Park.
To be honest, Jain Housing was the only builder that I liked. Because Jain Housing is a leading builder with lot of completion projects, quality of construction and the way they communicate with the customers. Jain housing is well known reputed builders in South India and one of their successful on-going projects is Jains Inseli Park.
We were very pleased with the Jain Housing Builders .Our flat consultant in Inseli Park was very helpful and always willing to answer questions. All of the people in Jains Inseli Park who worked on our Flat were respectful of our time. The job was completed within the timeframe provided and the work is beautiful in Jain Housing Inseli Park.

Unfortunately am unable to digest a single one of the above.
I am one of the first to have booked at Inseli Park, having booked my flat in February 2007. The initial commitment from M/s Jain Housing was that the flat would be handed over by December 2009.
We are today in March 2014 and I have paid approx. 30 lakhs. All their promises of handing over has only been false with no commitment or consideration to their consumers. For 7 years I have been paying high interest for my housing loan. The compensation promised by the builder is a pittance compared to the bank interest I am paying. Any further delay would result in the builder refunding to me payment I have already made.
So please do not get mislead by the wonderful reviews posted regarding the builder as they are absolutely false.
