I recently had my flat built by Jain Housing Inseli Park builders and I must say it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had, from start to finish of my flat in Inseli Park. I would like to especially thank to Jains Inseli Park team, they was professional and definitely a pleasure to deal with.

Hi friends, we are very happy with the total design process of Jains Inseli Park. Most of them choosing wrong builder to buy their dream home but I was not ready to fall on that way. So I was taking my own time to judge. The interior design of the Jains Inseli Park is working an extravagance. My family and friends have Lots of respects about the visuals of the house due to its attracted setting. I gained lot of experience.

Our experience has a good one. Jain housing guidance and trade man ship are first rate. Jain housing inseli park is very conscious of our budget limitations and cooperated throughout the process. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jain housing for others.

Am totally amazed at the wonderful reviews I am seeing on Jains IInseli Park project.
Unfortunately am unable to digest a single one of the above.
I am one of the first to have booked at Inseli Park, having booked my flat in February 2007. The initial commitment from M/s Jain Housing was that the flat would be handed over by December 2009.
We are today in March 2014 and I have paid approx. 30 lakhs. All their promises of handing over has only been false with no commitment or consideration to their consumers. For 7 years I have been paying high interest for my housing loan. The compensation promised by the builder is a pittance compared to the bank interest I am paying. Any further delay would result in the builder refunding to me payment I have already made.
So please do not get mislead by the wonderful reviews posted regarding the builder as they are absolutely false.

heck no! dont even think about buying from jain inseli park! we booked an apartment in 2009 and they still havent handed it over. its been delayed for almost 5 yrs now
. they are taking all our money, but no apartment yet and they dont seem to care.

I am a victim of this giant money sucking construction company!
