Mr.Mamidi AMRUTHA REDDY S/o SATYANARAYANA REDDY aged about 50years representing Managing Director of M/s Sri CHAKRADHARA ESTATES,office located at HIG-II,BLOCK-25, F-9,Baghlingampally,Hyderabad and Branch office located at 2-5-721/1,Ground Floor,Prasunamba Nilayam,Subedari,Near Nakshatra Hotel,Humankind. M/s Sri Chakradhara Estates is doing current Real Estate Venture at HANUMAPURAM VILLAGE,BHONGIR Mandal,Nalgonda District from 2010 in the name of HARI BRUNDAVANAM IN SURVEY Nos.37,38and 51.Every Sunday he is available at this venture site and conducts customer meet for new members. Mr AMRUTHA REDDY IS doing fraud with customers and Executives as he did not develop the site as per brochure commitments from past30 months.He has collected major Amounts on behalf of SRI CHAKRADHARA ESTATES from various customer with out registering his total 73 acres of land as per HARI BRUNDAVANAM Layout.He did not even kept HARI BRUNDAVANAM BOARD AT SITE.He did not complete plotting in A,B,C and D Blocks still now.In D-Block already he registered more than 30plots in the year of 2011. In D-Block i was purchased the 11 Plots in the name of my son SHAKEEL SHAIK and my wife Smt.NAZIMUNNISA BEGUM and he registered their names in year of 2011.But he is not showing that plots where till now. Now i want to sell my plots but I can not sell the plots without boundaries and plot numbers. In the new year day2013 he declared the already soled out 1000plots. In the Brochure he announced the he will built Resorts and club house very quickly.But there is no Resorts and Club house till now. With out land registered on his name how can registered the plots in the name of Customer?Sub-Registrar how can registered plots? Please take the justified action against this case . I want real and true justification to the 1000 customers .He fraud the people and now he start the new venture site in the same name SRI CHAKRADHARA ESTATES at the VIVERA Hotel on the by pass Road of BHONGIR.

Now Mamidi Amrutha Raddy not available at that sight every Sundays.But he available EVERY SUNDAY at the new sight at VIVERA Hotel in the name of CHAKRADHARA BUILDERS.He already fraud the customers in the HARI BRUNDAVANAM venture and going to fraud in new venture.

I was wrote the M/s SRI CHAKRADHARA ESTATES Branch office at Humankind was wrong.The correct town is Hanumakonda.
The correct Branch office address located at 2-5-721/1, Ground floor, Prasunamba Nilayam, Subedari, Near Nakshatra Hotel, Hanumakonda.
He collected extra amount Rs.2500/-to every plot from the customer for Development's and Resorts, Club House per pose only.

30April 2013 I was called to Amruta Reddy ask to him when are you completed the stoning on A, B, Cand D blocks?He told to me up to 5May completed and finished that work.Sunday the 5th May2013 I went to that venture but no changes no stoning and Development.
Immediately I asked to him for that, he then told to me up to next Sunday the 12th May he would complete that work.Yesterday the 12th May I went to that sight but no stoning no Development.From the 2011 he told to me same words spoke but not do development in the sight.
I thought that Blocks A, B, C and D land he was not purchased till now.I don't know he how to registered that plots to the Customers?

He is not start the development work in the A, B, C, and D blocks.
On[protected] I went to Sri Chakradhara Estates there is no Devolopment at the venture.There is no sign Board at the front of the venture. In the A, B, C and D blocks not shown in that venture.He was not to do stoning at A, B, C, D blocks.As per his Brochers three years were completed but he was not started the CLUB HOUSE work and RESORTS work also.

On 10th October Mr. Amrutha Reddy M.D called to me he finished the development of A, B, C and D blocs to come and see that and to measured the plots.Next day I and my wife went to that venture and we have not seen at no development and stoning, Numbering .In 2011 how it will be same to same now also.

There is no development no stonig and no numbering in the Sri Chakradhara Real Estate venture at Bhongir still today.No sign board also.

Sri Chakradhara Real Estate Completed the D' Block with stoning and Numbering.I saw my 11(Eleven)Plots in the names of my wife and son.He assured me remaining development also done shortly.

After chasing for a couple of month then finally my land registration was done, but would like to inform all that the site venture what they have shown as in the initial day (2011) is not the same, even the resort area they have planned to make the plot venture.
They are not providing the LINK DOCUMENTS along with the registration documents. when trying to reach there office they keep giving
the reason that the papers are at there Warangal office. I wonder if the main office is in Hyderabab and how come the documents are at Warangal office, isn't its there responsibility to provide the LINK Documents to the customer along with the Registration documents, is my question to them. Incase if any of you are holding the LINK DOCUMENTS please share a copy to me.

I worked in SRI CHAKRADHARA ESTATES as an executive, there are so called managers in this venture I worked under one of manager name is sambamurty who worked on behalf of his wife as he is a corporate employee .I sold 5 plots, out of 5 2plots were registered, rest of the plots were running under installments.customers paying regularly but the person who is responsible to take installments were absent to take from our customers .The person took three installments and from next month on wards he completely left our customers.In this way years passed, our customers used to call me and ask about payment of installments and then I used to call my manager whats happening, my manager didnot respond in time and the three customers use to come and me to return the amount .After that I asked my manager to solve it he told go for one time settlement I requested my customers and they agreed .I told the same thing to my manager .my customers met sambamurty for settlement, he told my customers to wait for few days .After that my customers use to call sambamurty
but he did not respond not even once, one day our customers came to know that whatever plots they have booked by paying installments were already sold then the customers came to my home and quarrel with me and used bad language which i cannot tell.And finally my customers told me to refund the amount From that day on wards sambamurty use to escape telling the name of Amrutha reddy .Till now amount amount was not refunded and my customers asking me to refund .sambamurty is absconding now .My customers fed up of sambamurty's behavior.He never answer a single phone call neither my customers nor mine.
I am not able to understand how to recover my customers amount from them which they paid monthly .

iam anugam srinivas i paid my money instalment wise i paid my total amount i registered my flat ...is it pakka registred flat or fraud please tell bro i registerd land in darinin portel also
I also have a plot in Block G, I took it in 2011, what is the situation of the venture now? Any progress guys?
