Mr.Mamidi AMRUTHA REDDY S/o SATYANARAYANA REDDY aged about 50years representing Managing Director of M/s Sri CHAKRADHARA ESTATES,office located at HIG-II,BLOCK-25, F-9,Baghlingampally,Hyderabad and Branch office located at 2-5-721/1,Ground Floor,Prasunamba Nilayam,Subedari,Near Nakshatra Hotel,Humankind.
M/s Sri Chakradhara Estates is doing current Real Estate Venture at HANUMAPURAM VILLAGE,BHONGIR Mandal,Nalgonda District from 2010 in the name of HARI BRUNDAVANAM IN SURVEY Nos.37,38and 51.Every Sunday he is available at this venture site and conducts customer meet for new members.
Mr AMRUTHA REDDY IS doing fraud with customers and Executives as he did not develop the site as per brochure commitments from past30 months.He has collected major Amounts on behalf of SRI CHAKRADHARA ESTATES from various customer with out registering his total 73 acres of land as per HARI BRUNDAVANAM Layout.He did not even kept HARI BRUNDAVANAM BOARD AT SITE.He did not complete plotting in A,B,C and D Blocks still now.In D-Block already he registered more than 30plots in the year of 2011.
In D-Block i was purchased the 11 Plots in the name of my son SHAKEEL SHAIK and my wife Smt.NAZIMUNNISA BEGUM and he registered their names in year of 2011.But he is not showing that plots where till now. Now i want to sell my plots but I can not sell the plots without boundaries and plot numbers.
In the new year day2013 he declared the already soled out 1000plots. In the Brochure he announced the he will built Resorts and club house very quickly.But there is no Resorts and Club house till now.
With out land registered on his name how can registered the plots in the name of Customer?Sub-Registrar how can registered plots?
Please take the justified action against this case .
